It is often heard said that there's "no such thing as a free lunch" or "you get what you pay for" etc, but on the other side of the coin, customers don't stick around long unless they get excellent service at a fair price.
So we turn the tables and say that "with B2 you never pay for a banquet and getting a dogs dinner!" as people are so often becoming accustomed to.
When we take on a new client we're in it for the long run. We not only tend to keep them, but we expect them to recommend us to their associates and sing our praises at every opportunity!
At B2, we believe firmly in good old fashioned, honest to goodness, decent service. Be it a simple fax broadcast of your latest special offers; or a fully tailored and integrated sales and marketing campaign including taking inbound calls and following up with telesales, it is the value of the service to the customer that determines success.
